i have been trying to shed weight but all to no avail.what are the things to do to shed weight.i dont eat in night and morning i am 28 years old.90kg.had pre eclampsia during first pregnaancy.am perfectly okay after delivery
That is one of the ways which can cause failure in weight loss. Your metabolism will reduce even further and you won;t lose weight if you drastically starve. You need to change your diet. Eliminate excess carbohydrate like rice, diary products, sweets, junk food, colas, mixture etc. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, oats. Drink plenty of water. Do brisk walking everyday for atleast 40 minutes. Eat small frequent meals every 2-3 hours for weight loss because this increases metabolism.
