I can understand your concern. You have abdominal discomfort and you were diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). You have developed anxiety and stress about having having heart attack and have panic disorder. You also developed intense paranoia. I would advise you to consult a Psychiatrist for proper treatment. For IBS, anxiety, neuropraxia medicines like SSRIs and SNRIs are commonly used. SSRIs as Fluoxetine, Sertraline and SNRIs as Duloxetine etc are commonly used. These medicines will help in treating the symptoms of anxiety. Apart from this medicine combination like Clinidium, Chlordiazepoxide are also very effective in IBS symptoms. Consult a psychiatrist for the details of prescription.
Eat healthy food, with less fat and spices. Try relaxation exercises, yoga and meditation for keeping you relaxed.
Thanks, hope this helps you.
