As far as
tsh and t3 , t4 are normal you dont have to worry.
certain Things you should know are:
In
hypothyroidism metabolism slows down due to decrease production of thyroid hormones ,so you should take low calorie, low fat diet.
Reduce consumption of certain goitrogenic foods like cabbage, cauliflower, soyabeans, brocolli , greentea, radish.
consume small meals with right portion size of meal dont consume large quantiies.
Avoid fatty foods ,simple sugars , sweets,fried foods all these increases your calorie intake.
Fill your plate more with more veggies and lean protein and less of cereals
Make regular exercise for atleast 45 minutes a part of your daily regimen.
