How Can Vaginal Entrance Be Stretched So That Sex Is Painless?

EVERYTIME my Fiancé & I have sex it is hard for him to enter into my vagina. Lubrication is not an issue, it is more like the elasticity of my inner skin or hymen isn't stretched enough. It hurts him when he has to work so hard to enter. It's great after it starts, but is there a way to stretch the entry of my vagina so he isn't in so much pain when we start?
