*Avoid fatty foods,sweets etc

*Take more leafy vegetables and fruits.

*Drink plenty of water

*Perform yoga or aerobic exercise every day.

*Go for brisk walk for 40 minutes

*Ginger(dry or fresh),Black pepper,Curry leaves,Cinnamon will help you in weight reduction

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
You need to avoid fatty food, oily, fried, sweet food. Eat high protein diet like pulses, eggs, chicken, lean meat. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Do daily moderate exercise like brisk walking for 40 minutes a day. You may join gym for cardio workout which will also help. If you follow this diet it will take 2-3 months for excellent results.
