Hi, My son is four years now , 9 months back he had Kawasaki disease. A month back he had bacterial infection, he was treated with antibiotic, now he is fine, but doctor has suggested him to give bevon syrup . My question is how this syrup works....for what this syrup is given? Divya
Bevon syrup is a multivitamin syrup. Peeling of skin may be present in this condition which may recover soon with multivitamin syrp. But kawasaki disease may be treated with aspirin and immunoglobulin transfusion etc. But treatment may vary according to severity. Please consult with your Pediatrician / rheumatologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Bevon syrup is a multivitamin formulation commonly prescribed to treat or prevent vitamin deficiency due to poor diet, certain illnesses, and other conditions.
