How Long To Leave Medication On The Body For Scabies?
I am a nurse and had a pt who had recently been treated forvscabies now I have itching around my navel and what looks like a bug bite and another on my wist. If I purchase nix for lice that is 1pernt permethiane how long to leave on skin and will this be effective to treat if I am infested. And can scabies live on my dog?

As per your case history of scabies, my treatment advice is -
1. You need to apply permethrin from neck to toe at night once a week. It should be kept for at least 8 hours.
2. Dogs can get scabies. So if there are symptoms then consult a veterinarian doctor.
