How Much Calories Should Be Taken Which Does Not Lead To Weight Gain?
hi, i m 23yo boy from croatia (europe, balkan peninsula) and have serious eating disorder. i m completely in fear of eating because of calories. i dont know how many calories should i eat. even if i eat just 500kcal or 2000kcal it has similar effect on my body... i gain weight.... my heart pressure is about 90/40.
In my opinion the amount of calories intake depend upon the energy expenditure of the person. It may appear in short term that your weight increases irrespective of the amount of food that you eat, but over a period of time taking less number of calories than being spent would lead to weight loss. However, your blood pressure is less.
