I am 15 and I am really trying to lose weight before i go into 10th grade. So far Im going to the gym everyday for about 2 hours and Im burning like 500-800 calories a day. But my appetite is killing it all. Please if any of you have any good advice on how to control myself from eating fatty foods please tell me.

I like to eat apples with peanut butter on them. yeah it sounds gross, but it's really good!!
Here are the instructions...
1) Get about 2-3 apples, a plate, a butter knife, and peanut butter.
2)Slice up the apples evenly.
3) Then use the butter knife, to put peanut butter on one side of the slices.
4) enjoy!!
It is really healthy and helps curve my appetite!
