How To Cure Cough,running Nose And Small Bumps On Face?
My 2 year old has a cough, runny nose( green mucous) and small bumps on her face! She is also losing her voice. I thought it may have been allergies but I'm concerned it may be more! this all occurred today, besides the runny nose it started yesterday! Please help

This is more typical of viral infection.
Let her be examined by a pediatrician..
You can use an antihistamine syrup till you go the doctor.
