How To Cure Running Nose In A Kid?

Hi. My 3 year old son just finished his Amoxiclian (sp?) antibiotic to treat his ear infection. Now he has a very runny nose. No fever. No sore throat. Eating normally and high energy. I am not sure if it is okay for him to go to daycare? His last fever was 5 days ago. Right now the liquid is clear, but what if his nose liquid ends up being colored or not clear?

if the discharge from nose is clear u can give him syp Sinarest 3.5 ml two times daily. as he has completed one course of antibiotics no need for antibiotics now. if his secretions colour changes/ ear pain develops u may have to consult a doctor immediatey and start on antibiotics (as infections from nose can spread to ear easily in children)
