How To Have A Happier And More Productive Life Post Meniere S Disease?

I have Manier s disease. I was diagnosed with the disease 2 years ago. It seems to have taken over my life. I am 65 years old. Use to be very active. But now I m afraid to do the things I used to do. When I get the attacks I can be in bed for a few hours up to a few days. I know that salt and stress bring these attacks on. The worst is not knowing when the episodes of dizziness and vomiting will occur. I lost 65% hearing in my left ear. I wear a hearing aid in that ear. What can I do to lead a happier more productive life. PLEASE HELP ME
