Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Any ill defined densities in upper lobes of lung lead to suspicion of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB). This is to be further confirmed by doing other blood tests and clinical examinations. If the patient already had tuberculosis in the past, a complete review of earlier medical treatment is required.
