How To Lose The Weight Caused Due To Variations In TSH Levels?

Hello - I ve been on levothyroxine for 8 months. All my T levels and TSH levels are now in normal range yet the weight gain is horrendous I m puffy face and my symptoms seems worse. I don t know what to do as my gp has basically said its part and parcel of hypothyroiism Any advice

if t&tsh levels are normal with treatment with levothyroxine,your weight is to be corrected by less than 1year(usuall by few months)...if still not loosing weight,have to rule out other causes...anyhow,try diet management and lifestyle modifications...hope you dont have family history of obesity in first degree relatives.
