hello doctor ...i am 21 yrs girl..my weight is 60 kgs and height 5.2 inches..some days before i found i am suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome ...doctor i want to reduce my weight by atleast 5 kgs..i skipp rope daily - 2000 jumps,but i cant reduce a single pound...even i dont eat much... doctor are 2000 jumps enough? or i need to increase my exercise????/
