I am Dr. Alok and very pleased to be assisting you with your health questions today.
My advice is to go for at least Thyroid function test and if it is normal, go to a psychologist. Some time even with talking therapy and relaxation theray can help a lot. There are very good medicines available too, but you need to discuss with the physician.
Hope this helps and provides answers to your question. I wish you and your fience good health. Dr. Alok
