Hi,
I m Balaji..and my age is 22. My weight is 70 kg and my height is 5.4, actually my weight should be around 57-60 kg.
How to reduce my weight. Even i am taking diet and doing exercise, but some what if i stop exercising i feel
to be lazy and i am looking with a big belly. My friends are eating more than me like chicken egg etc, but they dont
look like me. They are looking smart. please tell me your suggesstion and advice.

The key to lose weight is by eating right and staying physically active. This balance is the only key to stay healthy forever.
Now your friends must be blessed with very good metabolism because of which they are able to eat a lot and yet not get fat.
You may also achieve good metabolism by staying physically active, this will help burn the extra calories which are stored as fat, provided you eat carefully and only healthy. Else your body will be busy burning the extra calories that you consume now and will not be able to burn the one's which are stored overtime.

Weight is like bank account. The amount in your account comes down when you withdraw more (physical work) and you deposit less (eat less). If the weight is picking up, it only means – the exercise is not enough or the food is more.
See a good dietician - you have to reduce the quantity of your food and change the quality too.
You need regular exercise... join a Gym - there are exercises for the tummy too...
