How To Reduce Weight Which Was Put On After Uterus Polyp Surgery?
I had Uterus Polyp surgery in November. From then i put on 10 pounds of weight and my stomach and abdomen has been bulging and feel like i am pregnant. Ido lo of exercises and eat healthy food like Fruits and vegetables. Is there any way i can reduce my weight to feel healthy again.
Hi, If you are unable to reduce weight in spite of regular exercise and diet, you may have to re plan your schedule and also take the advice of a planner. Also, you may need to get a hormonal profile to look for any hormonal imbalances causing the excess weight. Once these defects are corrected, you will see the results soon enough. Also, there are some yogic postures documented to cause weight loss, as in 'Mudra Yoga'. Finally, if the weight gain continues, you may have to consider bariatric surgery ( not in the current state). Hope this helps.
