How To Remove Belly Fat After Hernia Surgery?

Hello! I am a 16 year old girl who has had my hernia for about 3 years now. My doctor did say that my hernia should have healed itself by now, but it hasn't. I've been waiting for it to heal because I have belly fat that I would love to lose. You know the pressures that women have to deal with. Besides that, I want to be slimmer, everytime I exercise, all I do is lose the fat and gain muscles in my arms and legs! Is there anything I can do about my stomach fat without making my hernia worse?

Hi,
Welcom to

Healthcaremagic.com.
Most important thing in weight loss is not exercise but diet control.

You need make an diet chart of your daily meals which you are presently taking. Reduce the same amount to 2/3 of it. If you feel hungry take little amount fibrerous food between your meals.

That is you must take 65% of you current daily food devided into many meals e. g, every two and half hour something but too little in amount.

Second thing your hernia will also heal only if you make your belly muscle strong. Start with mild exercise and increase moderate to intense during passage of time.
Hope you will find my answer helpful.
