Hester day i had pe and It was running the mile and I told my pe teacher I don't think I can run the mile because of my blister and she made me run it anyway and now it's got worse and it hurts to work on my foot. I take pain medication and I ice it and all of that but the medicine doesn't help I am still in a lot of pain. What should I do?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, forming of blister due to friction or thermal injury is physiological dressing, if the blister is filled with the clean liquid and not contaminated then it should be left like that only for healing, in this way this gets heal vey rapidly, never ever try to open or excise it this may cause extreme pain and infection also, can take, long time to heal, for the pain Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg twice in day can be used, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
