My Primary Opinion- Dear,In My opinion, in the given situation you seem to suffer from- DVA with Migraine with? Vision Aura. The migrain with vision aura,is mostly from shunting of blood supply to the affected parts of the brain in your case. Do s- I would advise to get Consults with NeuroSurgeon and or Vascular Surgeon after Angiography and plan treatment accordingly. DVA is the developmental malformation of Veins, which in your seems to be pathologic in causing Migrain and hence would need treatment in your case. Migraine treatment- with medicines would resolve the issue in many cases.. Currently -Surgical intervention is not advised in DVA cases,as it may lead to brain infarcts/ or death,as these DVA s play important part in blood supply of the part affected.
