I am a 39yr/F who gave birth 4 1/2 months ago. I had HELLP syndrome during pregnancy and had to deliver at 33 1/2 weeks. I have since had achy muscles, pain in my hips, joints, legs and feet while sleeping, laying down or sitting for to long. I am extremely fatigued and am always sore the way you are after working out for the first time in years. My appetite is poor, and my migraines have become much worse. I am really scared because the Dr. said it could be a numerous amount of things wrong.
