I got hit in the head really hard and I blacked out for a few seconds (like when you're on a rollercoaster) and nowmy head hasn't stopped hurting and i'm really dizzy and tired. I got a concussion a fedw months ago in the same spot. Should i go to the doctor?
Seeing as how this now represents a likely 2nd concussion I am going to advise that you be seen by a neurologist as soon as is feasible. You are likely suffering from post traumatic headaches which are generally self limited (meaning they go away on their own) but this could take several weeks to several months to occur so I believe a review by a neurologist will aid you tremendously. Stay well hydrated (maybe more than usual).
