Understanding your concern. As per your query you have red spots on the cheek and nose, Well there can be many reasons for hyper pigmentation like over exposure to sun light , hormonal changes and side effect of medicine. i would suggest you to use lotion containing glycolic acid and hydroquinone , which are good for treating hyperpigmentation. I would suggest you to wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice daily and then apply kojic acid cream which is safe and effective . Exfoliate your skin once a week to remove dead skin. Apply vitamin E oil at night . If condition doesn't get better then consult dermatologist for proper examination. You can go for chemical peeling as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
