Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
It is advisable to get an x ray done to rule out any fracture of ankle.
Beside this weather a fracture or sprain you need to wear below knee slab if fracture and crep bandage along with ice application with strict elevation of your leg. And to walk non-weight bearing.
You should consult orthopaedic surgeon to look for compartmeng syndrome which might be compressing nerves of foot causing tingling over foot.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
