How To Treat Stomach Pain Caused By Sit Ups?

Been 2 days since I ve done sit ups. I did incline sit ups just a few minutes ago. My first sit up as I dropped down stomach tight ready to pull my self up, felt pop in lower left stomach. Pain at first then burning. Pain is At a 6of10 with muscle burning from what it feels like

I have gone thru your query regarding stomach pain caused by sit ups .
It is a matter of concern .
But dear ,you should not worry . You can lie down straight , loosen your body and relax for some time , then do tummy in - out exercise .. I hope you will recover fast .
Take lemon juice with a glass of warm water and a pinch of salt and pepper .
It is suggested that , whenever you start exercise , start slowly and incease gradually .
For your info Every day, we are bombarded with toxins in our environment and in our food which is why detoxification is such a critical process in your body. If the detox process is hindered, toxins will build up in your body eventually causing acidity and toxemia. These are the root causes of nearly all diseases
Gulping on only medicines will not help if you don't modify your life style and food habits .

Regular walk, Exercise & Yoga posture , Dhanurassan Bhujjangassan , from left to right stretching , while lying on the ground , or any posture which gives you relief .
Avoid processed foods carbs , sugar , fried ,fast foods , Tea , coffee ,alcohol and smoking , stress and Constipation all will produce biochemical and metabolic conditions in your body that will decrease your immunity, so avoiding is definitely the first step in the right direction to detoxing the body, boosting the immune system .
