Hypo Thyroid Patient. Took Thyroid Test Of Child. What Does Report Suggest?
hi docter my son is 4 year old , his weight is 35 kg . i am a hypo thyroid patient . so recenty i had a thyroid test for my son .his f3 is 2.88, f4 is 1.37 , tsh 3rd generation serum is 1.892 and thyroid any body serum is anti-thyoglobulin antibodies its high by 153.70 and anti thyroid peroxidase antibodies is high by 88.50 please suggest i am worried
Your sons thyroid functions are normal. Antibodies can be high in up-to 30% of normal population. As long as his T3, T4 and TSH is normal, nothing to be worried.
