hi i am anjali i am 20 years old.my height is 5 feet.my weight is 44kg. i want to get a zero figure. what should be my diet plan

actually ur BMI is now 19 which means that u r slightly underweight
ur best weight for BMI (20-25) is from 46 Kg to 57 Kg
But u don't have to eat high caloric food, but instead u can go for some muscle toning & slight building, this will give u a great body shape with finess & health

Your weight is ideal and a bit on lower level,i think this is the best,do not try to zero figure.
Trying zero figure you will invite some other problem like weakness,ill health,some deficiency in the body which even with diet plan can not be avoided.
