Hi,
there are two problems. Urine infection seems to be a bigger and a common problem. First of all get a urine routine to document a urinary infection as due to dehydration also burning in urine occurs. Both for ur loose motion as well as for ur urine symptoms a good hydration, preferably ORS is essential with plenty of fluids like coconut water, buttermilk. Also, start with enterogermina - one ampoule twice a day till the loose motion- you can just break the ampule and swallow the water like content inside. It is absolutely safe in pregnancy and is suppose to restore the gut flora. If u have fever then can take tab crocin 500mg as per need upto 3-4 tab a day spread at 6-8 hrs interval. If fever persist see doctor. if urine report suggests more than 5-6 pus cells, get urine culture to see cause of infection and drug sensitivity.
