I Am Having Bad Headaches, Loss Of Appetite And Stomach Pain

im having very bad headaches for the past few weeks with a lot of pain. I lose my appetite very easily and im having a lot of stomach pain

Stomach pain & loss appetite, could be gastritis. But since you also have headache, it seems to be something else. Your info is to inadequate to comment.

Check whether your bowel habits are regular. Any previous episode? In that case think about which is a triggering factor for your problems it may be a drug/ kind of food/ seasonal changes/ PMS(if you are a female). Don't be panicky a d at the same time don't treat your condition by self. You didn't mention about the severity. If it is less severe analyze which kind of activity is inducing it?
