I Am Suffering Back Bone Pain Since Last Three Years

Last three years suffering back bone pain .used move gel,ranbaxy spray when excess using nimesulide not exidind 5 tabs.also using jandubalm,amrutanjan external application only.

Get an X-Ray of lumbar spine , if required MRI of back. You will find the reason for back pain. Rest in acute pain, physical therapy/exercise-stretching exercise, weight loss will help in long run.
