hi our body mechanism are a lot complex as a body only uses and burns calories when the energy expenditure is more than the energy input even if u have had some junk food and then skipped two meals u wont be losing any weight and is a very unhealthy practice also its better u consult a dietrician then eat based on the scheme provided dont expect drastic results as getting a trim body is important nothing is more important than a healthy body
Are you a robot? I'm not meaning to be rude if you are in fact a real person. But your response doesn't seem to apply to my situation in the slightest. I don't, nor have I ever been into junk food. And I expect nothing except for the body to do what I've been told and researched it does. This situation for me doesn't make sense.It was just a pitiful 3 weeks that I barely ate. It makes no sense that I gained 15 pounds that wont go away now that I've returned to normal habits. But I've read that once in starvation mode the body completely restructures and thinks it has to store more of the calories. But shouldn't it then get the eff over it after eight freaking months!!!
