I Do Not Have A Recurrence Of Any Fistula Symptoms, But The Scar Tissue Area Still Hurts
Just over three years ago I underwent my second fistulotomy surgery (fistula en ano). I do not have a recurrence of any fistula symptoms, but the scar tissue area still hurts every once in a while. It will sometimes feel raw and tender. After about a year after surgery it would still sometimes bleed. I haven t noticed any bleeding for a long while, and I know that many people struggle with some pain with their scar tissue, but I was wondering if there is a point that I need to have it looked at?
Hi. Thanks for your query and an elucidate history. Please discuss this with your operating surgeon or meet a plastic surgeon. It looks a laughable but .... = request him for a rotation flap after removal of the scar... This will solve your problem . Take anti-oxidant - multivitamins.
