I Get Shaky Hands After Missing Meal. Do I Need To Worry ?
I normally get a little shaky and light headed when I don t eat..but lately it seems like it is happening more regularly. My doctor ran a bunch of test on my blood at my last visit and he said everything looked fine...is there something he might have over looked? I eat pretty light, limit my coffee intake, and almost never drink any soda. I am a 29 year old female. I am also on 27 mg of Concerta but other then that, I am in good health. My sister freaked out when she seen how shaky my hands had gotten and now it s got me really worried. My grandma is the only one in my family to have diabetes so I m not too sure if that makes a difference. I would really like to know if I have to direct my doctor to check for something specific?
Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum,
Since how many days are you taking concerta? Why was that medicine prescribed to you? The above mentioned symptoms can happen in transient hypoglycaemia. No need to worry this is not something dangerous. You need to take your food regularly without skipping the meals.
Take care
Regards
Dr. Naveen Kumar
