I Have Been Having Random Hot And Cold Flashes, Nausea. Dizziness
I have been having random hot and cold flashes, nausea. Dizziness, and recently getting more and more headaches. I literally have to sit down with head between knees, and take several deep breaths. Sometimes that doesn t work, nothings been figured out. Each i ve talked to, for doctors has often just put me on antibiotics, and inhalers. It just keeps happening, have a mild cough that never goes away.

Those symptoms can be due to menopausal syndrome (in case of women, as you have not mentioned ur gender), could be from hypothyroidism, head pain could be due to migraine or sinusitis. Ned to go for TSH, Xray of PNS,. Give detail of your daily diet chat, your profession etc. You should lead a healthy life style, healthy food habits with lots of natural antioxidants foods. morning walk, yoga,. to get to the right diagnosis doing investigation will be helpful..
get an haemoagram,chest -xay, and blood pressure checked..
the symptoms you are experiencing can be due to a viral fever , cough and cold ,sinusitis or bronchitis..
consult and ENT specialist..
for the cough you can take stodal cough syrup four times in a day its a homeoapthic medications.
you can even take tulsi and honey for relieving the cough..

the symptoms you have listed mostly indicate a sinusitis.
it would be better if you could get a few investigations done to rule that out like an x-ray paranasal sinuses.and get yourself checked by an ENT specialist.
