I Have Blood While Blowing Nose, What Could Be The Reason ?
from last few weeks in morning time when i blowing my nose then small bits of blood sells come out from right nose. what is the reason.now these days iam using laptops more than 6 hours in a day,from april 9th onwards i residing at Uganda before iam in india, Kerala by birth , some climet changes are here. my Age is 36now,Male

rest in head high position
pinch the nose:squeeze the nose between the thumb and first 2 digit for 4 minutes while u breathes through the mouth.
cold compresses,
dont pick it with finger
consult ur ent for further management

it is normal to have it due to some allergy

allow to heal it
