Hi, I generally suffers with some minor pain in my brain nerves , just above the ears on both the side, some time the intensity of this pain is very high. I do not take any medicine for this, I used to do lot of excercises and gyming in the past but I have left all from more then 6 months, does this could be the reason of my problem ?

Dear

Not doing exercise for 6 months is not the reason for pains.

You need to consult ENT and make sure you have no ear infection.

If nothing wrong in ears, it could be Headaches.

Regards,

Dr. Jagdish
