I Have Pimples On My Vagina. Is It STD ?

It seems that when I am on my period I tend to break out everywhere. I have a couple small pimples on my vagina. I took a pap smear and the results were normal. I never had unprotected sex before and the two people I did sleep with were both virgins I doubt it is an STD. What could this mean?

Thanks for query,
The problem you get during period may be due to,
You have some allergy to pad you use during period,
Lack of personal hygiene during period,
As you gone through pap smear test which is negative you have not to worry about infection.
