Scan report shows that you have got changes in the brain due to less vascular supply to the brain.
This may be due to calcification in brain arteries.
Due to calcifications in the blood vessels lumen of the blood vessels become narrow giving less blood supply to the brain and cerebral insufficiency occurs.
