Irregular Sleeping Habits Due To Work, 7 Hours Sleep Only For 2 Days In A Week, Unable To Lose Weight , Calorie Intake 1200. Advice
I regularly work 24 or more hours, being awake for generally 34 hours before sleeping 2 and then working another 22 before sleeping 4. I'm pretty accustom to this schedule. I do have at least two days each week when I can get 7-8 hours of sleep at night. I've heard you cannot lose weight if you don't sleep regular hours. I'm having a very hard time losing weight despite keeping my calorie intake around 1200 and exercising. I've also heard the pancreas can get screwed up with out regular sleep. I cannot change my schedule now. My question is.. How can I lose sleep without sleep?

Hi, Thanks for using HCM. Since your sleep attern is disturbed your body does not follow circadian rhythm. Now to reduce weight you should reduce calorie intake based on your daily activities and increase work to burn calories. Do yoga or aerobics to burn more calorie and to keep your mental health in good condition for body rhythm. Get done your sugar levels and lipid profile once and based on that we can modify the plan. hi, thank you for using HCM.. well it seems you take very irregular sleep.. yes it is very true that its difficult to loose weight if you do not sleep properly and if you are under mental stress.. here if you can not change your sleep pattern then do more exercise. if you are going to gym then try to burn at least 500 calories daily.. decreas your calorie intake..i will suggest you diet which will help. you need to eat almost every two hourly.. food can be juicy fruit, boiled vegetables and take protiens.. protiens need lots of calories for digestion so it will help to burn you calories. cut down sugar and carbohydrates.. drink plenty of water
