Irritation,sensation And Feel Heat Around Face And Neck

Hi. i am currently 23 years old and i always feel a heat sensation around my face and neck regardless whether it is cold or hot. If i watch tv or do unimportant actvities,i am not bothered but it is still there. However, once i start studying and need to concentrate, i always feel this irritaing heat feeling around face and neck and it is impossible to achieve anything. Please help me if anyone has sugestions and what tests should i take, My thyroid, glucose and pressure levels are normal.

Hi,

Welcome to HCM.
Do you have neck swelling on the front side, in the region of Adam's Apple i.e. is your thyroid enlarged in size.
You may be having high basal metabolic rate, which causes hot flushes.
Get your thyroid functions test done with blood.
If it is thyroid problem it needs to be treated.
Consult a physician, who will examine you and do the necessary investigations and on the bases of those findings treat you accordingly.
