Is Azithral Antibiotics Safe For 11 Month Baby?

My Baby is 11 months and few days back he had slight fever, runny nose an dlittle cough..doctor gave him sinarest ..and otrivin..now today his nose is little bloked and he is sneezing also in between but when he has cough...Shall I give him Azithral antibiotic..is it safe..his weight is 10.5 kg

Hi, Thanks for asking. In my opinion your baby seems to have viral infection which will take few days to recover. You may continue giving him symptomatic treatment. Its safe to use azithro for this age group but You should never use an antibiotic with out a doctors opinion.
