Is MRI Scan Showing Shadow Behind My Right Eye A Serious Concern?

Years ago I was diagnosed with epilepsy, in recent years I feel unwell- I suffer headaches, dizziness and nausea. I was told after my first MRI scan that there was a shadow behind my right eye. Do I have cause for concern? Could this be something sinister?

Fundus examination and vision be tested. Mri report can be consulted with neurologist. If requered a recent MRI can be taken.treatment can be given as advised by neurologist
