my widal report is 7Ho 1;160 with No fever .i hve been in typhoid fever before 27 years.i am feeling always tired

Hi. A good question. Typhoid has different clinical symptoms in every patient. Always feeling tired with calf pain can be a symptom in your case. I do advise such patients to undergo blood culture if antibiotics have not been taken for any reason. A clinical trial with a appropriate antibiotic for about a week is done to see the improvement clinically. If the symptoms persist i would go for further tests on the basis of symptoms and examination.
