Is Darolac Suggested For Loose Motions?

my daughter is 6yrs old.her weight is 17kg and height is 3feet 10inches.she is suffering from hypothyroidism since birth and is on eltroxin. she chronically suffers from loss of appetite due to nausea,flatulence and loose motions. i dont want to give her antibiotics every time.is DAROLAC good for loose motions.if yes what is the dosage and duration of treatment?
