Hi

When you start taking birth control pills , you might not see regular periods for a few months. You might see irregular spotting, lighter periods than you are used to or a heavier flow, a longer or shorter period, or no periods at all for the first month or so.

Your body needs to adjust and regularise the hormone levels. You can wait and watch the bleeding pattern in the next few cycles which will regularise with time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
