hello.i am 13 years old and i gym .i am 1.8 metres tall but i really dont know my weight but i think i am about 80kgs.i wanted to ask if gymming at my age has terrible side effects.i started gymming this year because i am playing rugby .please wat should i do
dear young friend, you are still 13. So do not start joing gym at this early age as there is the possibility of overdoing exercises. instead, do lots of natural exercises activities like swimming, jogging,playing foodball/rugby. Eat lots of fruits and drink at least 500 ml of milk. You can joing gym when you reach 15 years.
