Hello
i have gone through your query.generally the upper central incisors erupts (8 to 12 months) before upper lateral incisors (9 to 13 months).but in some cases delay of 1-2 months is normal and not a case to worry about.

if the delay occurs more than that i wud suggest to visit a dentist.he/she ll have a xray done to confirm the position of the teeth (central incisors).

certain common things you sud know about milk teeth;
As general rule for every 6 months of life, approximately 4 teeth will erupt
Lower teeth usually erupt before upper teeth
By the time a child is 2 to 3 years of age, all primary teeth should have erupted

Hope this ans helps.take care

Dr. Shesh
