Is It Normal For Skin To Develop Blotches After Undergoing Laminectomy?

following a laminectomy/diskectomy my lower legs and feet developed pretty severe neuropathy and the skin has become blotchy (redish/brown spots) and extremely tender to even the lightest touch. is this normal or a circulatory issue that needs to be checked
