i had this hissing noise that seems coming from the back of my head area. but i only can hear this hissing noise from my left ear. and on top of that i also get this spasm feelings like a electric shock in my head that seems to travel down all over my body.

when i relax or sleeping the hissing noise fade away. but after i wake up the next day i notice the hissing noise as completely gone. but about 30 minutes later this hissing noise comes back again. and its continue all day until i go back to bed and then its fade away once again. the whole processed repeats it self all over again day in day out.

i do get some relieve from this hissing noise for a day or two. not a single hiss. but by the next day after i wake up its comes back but even louder hissing noise this time from the left side of my ear. this happens only rarely.

the doctors put it down to tinnitus which is hardly unlikely. they put me on precription drugs with no help. and i also had a cat scanned, thinking i might had a growth in my head such as tumour, but the results came out all clear. after all this check ups and treatments they still cant diagnosed my problem
